Well I went to a show and what a show it was to have gone to. All the things I thought about the show definitely WEREN’T driven out of my mind by the extreme sneezing fit that I had when I got home. This was a theatrical show.
Scrape Tenshi will probably sound great once they get that machine working. No but seriously, did the good noises and made the noises like a big baby with the harmonica and also moving around.
Baylies Band was all over the place and when I say this was a theatrical show it was. They were like a rock and roll band but with some crazy stuff and what a front man who took off his pants.
Underwear during his set was described to me by someone else as “like Justin Timberlake and Reggie Watts had a weird kid” and that honestly sums it up way better than I could hope to.
The Emotron made me feel good about the entire world for a little while and that never happens. What a show and you can listen to the music but no recording will ever capture what that live show is so go do one next time you get a chance.
Nerves and Fir did it last and really I don’t think you could ask for a better band to have closed out this particular show. Cole and Porco both did some vocals this time which was new (to me) and they did it.
It was a show at the OK House everybody had fun at even me.
